The Learning Experience - Centennial

I know mose of these reviews serve the purpose of informing families of our overall quality pertaining to child care, but I think it is important for perspective employees to also have a reference for quality of the work environment as well! I have worked in the ECE industry for nearly 11 years, and I have never felt more at home in my profession as I do here. We have an incredible team, an amazing group of teachers, and our collective administration from our Regional Director all the way up the VP of the company are responsive, positive, and encouraging to every single TLE employee. I am thrilled that I chose to join this family, I only wish that I would have applied years ago!

Every step of our experience with TLE has been phenomenal. We started our oldest in October 2021 and from the beginning the communication, support and sense of family has been beyond our expectations! Our eldest has moved up through the classrooms as she's aged and so we have gotten to know many of the teachers. Our daughter was a shy, reserved 'pandemic baby' and to see her gain relationships with her teachers and absolutely blossom in each of her classrooms has been the greatest gift TLE has been able to provide! Terra and the administration staff is always so helpful when we have questions and takes the time to listen and provide us with every bit of info we need. The app is great- very user friendly, and provides peace of mind with real time updates throughout the day! The emails each month are detailed with curriculum and enrichment activities we can do with kiddo at home to keep her engaged with school activities and she loves all the characters! When we found out we were expecting baby #2 we told TLE before close friends and family not only to get on a waitlist, but because we feel they are family and we trust our kids with them exclusively! Our newest addition will be starting enrollment soon and are so excited for another one of our kids to journey through the TLE program! We will always recommend this center to anyone and everyone who asks!

Tera, Angi and the entire staff have been wonderful at not only taking care of our children, but being very up front about communication, any needs thy or our children have and always working quickly to resolve any issues. If you're looking for top notch child care in this crazy world we live in, definitely consider this TLE location.

My son Sylvin went here from the time he was 3 months old until he was 14 months old. The only reason he didn't remain here was because our family moved. He loved going here & we loved sending him. He learned so much & we always felt he was very safe & loved, especially by Miss Linda & Miss Jackie! All the staff are great, though! It was definitely his second home. We miss TLE!
