No one in the city was able to help me in time to stay open for the night's business. That is until we called Purple Plier Home Services. Within 15 minutes of the call I had someone at my restaurant to fix the problem. We were back up and running within an hour of them arriving. “Granite Plumbing Inc was a HORRIBLE choice. He came and gave us a quote which was comparable. I told him we would like for him to do the work. He than asked that I file the permit for the work and buy all of the parts. With reluctance I did and found out he hasn't been licensed since 2008. They did let me file the permit. I called him back to tell him I got the permit. He said he was busy and would call me back. No call. This morning I called him again - he answered and setup an appointment to come visit our office again and go over "responsibilities". I began to get concerned but am in need of the work to be performed. He shows up this afternoon to tell me that he will not do part of the job (the concrete) and I would need another contractor or he would help me find one. I have now spent at least 3 hours on this job with this guy getting the permit, doing the drawings myself, etc. and now he wants me to do more work. I told him I may have to find another plumber since he had already wasted so much of my time. He then just starts walking away from me to leave without even finishing the conversation. The RUDEST contractor I have ever had to deal with. Stay Clear of this guy at all cost - as you can see how my experience went. Now I have to find another contractor, and change the contractor on the permit. I told him I was a Disabled Veteran and a Disabled Owned Veteran Business. He still treated me this way. Bad Service.”
