I used HailCo for damage to my car after a hailstorm. I live in the Springs, but heard very good reviews for this company & they travel to wherever you are! Also, working in insurance I am Very particular. I met with Josh at my home who did the initial inspection. Michael had met me at Enterprise to pick up my car as I got my rental and met me there returning my car. Hector kept me informed throughout the process and Josh also dealt with All the insurance/claim for me. The process went smooth and effortless! Great work, Great service! Highly recommend!

I took my vehicle to HailCo after meeting Rich L., who saw the damage to my vehicle and offered me a flyer about HailCo services. Rich was my point of contact throughout the process which made things simple. Rich assisted me in filing my claim, reserving my rental and he kept me informed about the status of the repair. Best of all, HailCo covered my deductible, so I paid nothing out-of-pocket. My experience with HailCo was outstanding and my vehicle looks brand new! I highly recommend this business and Rich as a consultant. A+ service!

We had THE BEST experience with Samantha. She was so easy to deal with. We found them through Google and thanks to others reviews we chose them. GOOD CHOICE!! Because we are in quarantine we thought it was going to be a hard transaction but no! They took care of the car rental process and everything else. We literally just dropped our car off, did some paperwork and she took care of everything else. Insurance was taken care of on both sides but you just have to go and see how awesome they are for yourself. We experienced everything their website promised and regret nothing. Sam had some personal problems right before our car was finished and even going through her problems she never stopped being professional with us and still took care of us when she completely didn’t have to. But she was awesome the work done was great! My lease is perfect and ready to go back thanks to HailCo for all your awesome work. Sam, you truly represent HailCo in the most professional way, we thank you so much for your work. We 100 percent recommend HailCo to anyone! Summer hail storm, my new vehicle was hit by hail pretty terribly with many quarter, dime and nickel sized damages. Dan kindly came out to my home to inspect my vehicle after it had already been inspected by my insurance company representative. He estimated that there was more hail damage to be fixed than what they had found initially. One of my biggest concern was to not have any panels taken off my car or the moonroof taken apart. Dan assured me that they have a method which does not involve taking apart the moon roof or panels. They have a specialized technique to pop out the dents without ruining the paint job of the car. Overall I confidently handed my key over to Dan to have my car fixed.My insurance plan did not cover for a rental vehicle and Hailco kindly provided one. The company did an impeccable job and completed the fixture within 2 weeks. I am extremely impressed with the smooth flow in communication. Dan kept me updated up till the pickup time. I highly recommend Hailco and will refer all friends and family.
