Avenue West has helped us find lovely furnished houses over the past two years and I couldn't recommend them enough. They make the process seamless and the customer service (Lecia, Rob, Sharon) is excellent.

I moved from Canada to Colorado for my new job, and AvenueWest helped me to find the perfect place to stay.

The process was extremely smooth. AW reached out to me to understand my needs, and everything else (lease, etc.) was taken care of. They were also quick to respond to emails and questions.

I have stayed at multiple Airbnb’s and now an apartment through Avenue West with Lecia Gill at the helm. She is outstanding to work with and the properties are always stylish and clean. I highly recommend choosing them for your home away from home needs.
