I have never been more pleased in the service I received and went to him after I was quoted nearly $600 more at Pep Boys for a new water pump, timing belt and thermostat on my 2000 Camry. Pep Boys was not even going to use Toyota genuine parts, Chad did.
The service was so speedy and professional and Chad literally walked me through the entire process/showing me what was removed from my car and why. I can’t say enough great things about these guys.
I 100% recommend this business. Please go see them! -

(July 13, 2017, 10:03 pm)These men at this automotive repair business are probably some of the finest men I have met in a long time. We only have one vehicle and it needed repaired ASAP . They not only got the repair done in no time, but they came back and got me so I could get back home. AMAZING! When do you see this kind of customer service anymore?
Both Chad Babcock, and his Father are such hard workers and have been in business since the early 50's. You don't see this anymore and they certainly know how to treat customers.
Not only did they do all of this, but did not do any unnecessary repairs that would have cost more money. He gave us additional discounts to keep the cost down. If you ever need automotive repairs, please go see them. They deserve your business. If everyone ran there business like these guys, we would be in great shape.

(September 4, 2015, 7:36 pm)These guys were great all around. Chad came and towed me, and fixed my car within a day. He even worked with me on a the bill. He was a friendly guy and sincere. They are great mechanics that are trustworthy. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend to a friend.
