  We are a very large corporation with hundreds of contractors and vendors. New needed a pool table moved to our new global headquarters. We made one phone call to these guys. They gave a reasonable price, we set the date of the move. They informed us how long it would take. Everything was set. Three days before the move, I called them and asked to have new felt added to it during the move. No hesitation. On the day of the move, they called ahead to verify all information and inform me of their ETA. They showed up on time, they were super professional, they even explained the process. Once we got to the new headquarters, they took their time, and did a superb job. Even when I asked questions, they took the time to explain things. These guys are our new permanent pool table vendor. They have been the easiest people to deal with. No drama, no issues, just quality work. Thank you Edmond, and thank you to your entire team.

  Helped me find the best pool table for my basement, including size, and they came two days later to install it. Installed it perfectly and didn’t take much time. Highly recommend

  This was an incredibly awesome experience from the stellar customer service I received while shopping, leading up to the time of purchase, the delivery, and the install. I also got a pretty thorough education through the install process as well as pool table care To-Dos and tips along the way. I’m sticking with these guys for the foreseeable future on all my billiard table and accessories needs. A definite 100% chance of a referral from my house as it is such a breath of fresh air to witness a collective group of guys who care to give customers a great experience beyond the exchange of the dollar.

  Price was very competitive to other quotes I received. Showed up right on time, and both the guys who assembled my table were very respectful and done in less than 2 hours. Everything turned out awesome and couldn’t have asked for better service. Quick and responsive staff that came to my house as well as the guys at the shop. I’ll recommend these guys to anyone looking for pool table leveling/ re felting or new bumpers
