I’m a high school athlete and Zach figured out that the team’s warmup exercises caused my injury. No one else could figure out why I was having knee injuries. Zach gave me specific exercises to strengthen other muscles in my leg and foot so my knee wouldn’t hyperextend. He got me back into tennis in 2 months and I’ve been injury free since. Zach is amazing! He is extremely knowledgable and uses different disciplines to treat you. He will go above and beyond to become familiar with your particular case and research if necessary in order to treat the full situation. I have been treated by PT's previously over the years and have never encountered someone who cares as much in my improvement for my physical issue and overall well being.
