Spice Trade Brewery & Kitchen

First off, the igloos create an amazing dining experience (they are heated, but bring a coat). The service was quick and gave really good suggestions for drinks and food (get the loaded sweet potato fries). The food was gluten free friendly and delicious!

Awesome food. Great fries that were a sort of thin steak fries and seasoned to perfection. Good beer selection. Lots of spiced beers with flavors I haven't seen at other breweries.

Great brews from what I am told (I don't drink much beer). I am writing about their food, non-beer drinks, and service. The food is awesome, way above par from what you might expect at a brewery. The foods are seasonal which keeps the menu changing and throwing some surprises to patrons. They also have some staple items on the menu. I have been completely satisfied with all the food menu items I have tried. Service is great, the staff's vibe is upbeat and they truly want to make sure you are enjoying your time, drinks, and food, while not checking in too often. The non-beer drinks are great, even their seasonal specialty drinks, and they are priced as expected for the region. I can't say enough good about Spice Trade in DTC.

Great set up outdoors with the domes. Servers were very Covid-cautious in a pleasant way. Good menu for our mix of carnivores and vegetarians. The best part was our magic server, SHELBY. Shelby was personable, totally on her game, and not only managed our dome beautifully, she handled the the dome next to us where we stashed all our children. We will definitely come back and request Shelby!!

Food was great, beers were great. Loved the domes and yes, they are heated. They are very diligent about getting parties in and out, so no dawdling! This might rub some people the wrong way, but after waiting 45 minutes for a table (even with a rez) at a different restaurant earlier this week, I found this approach to be refreshing. Make sure you get your food order in early.
