FAB Method Contemporary Pilates

Mikelle is the BEST instructor I have had for pilates (and I’ve gone to multiple studios in multiple cities!) She is so good about ensuring form is correct and MAN am I a good sore after taking her classes!! I can’t wait to go to every class she offers!!

Open, beautiful studio with knowledgable and friendly instructors. After just 4 classes, I already feel and see the effects of the workouts. This was my first experience with pilates on the reformer machines and I am hooked.

Incredible! That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of Fab Method Pilates. Within 10 minutes of my first class, my whole body was shaking! Every muscle was working. After class I went home, and immediately cancelled my other gym membership. No other classes, gyms, or workouts have felt like this. I am fully committed/addicted to the FAB Method!

The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and make the classes fly by (even when your whole body is screaming at you to stop). I can’t say enough good things about the studio (gorgeous), the instructors (inspiring), or the workout itself (body changing for sure!).
