We can’t say enough good things about our real estate agent, Sam Padilla. He worked hard to find us the home that we were looking for. We searched for over 6 months and he never gave up on us. He walked us through over 50 homes that for some reason or another we just didn’t approve of. He never once complained. He told us straight up if certain homes would be a good deal or a problem home. He showed us homes on his day off, answered text messages and calls in the late of night and never steered us wrong. Very knowledgeable in his profession and just a good guy to work with. If he didn’t know the answers to our questions, he told us to hold on while he found the correct answers. Never felt pressured to buy a certain house or in a certain neighborhood. We got what we wanted that was available in the area that we wanted. Jake from State Farm has nothing on Sam Padilla from Relevate Inc. We highly recommend Sam Padilla!!
