Family Taekwondo of Littleton changed my life and the lives of my family. My kids were in it for two years and learned all the basics of defending themselves (my son even had to use it--successfully--to keep himself safe in 5th grade), and my wife have gone on to attain our black belts and continue to leverage the philosophy and physical conditioning it offers.
The instructors at Family Taekwondo of Littleton are amazing. They care about the whole approach to taekwondo and, as the name suggest, they encourage the whole family to participate.
I highly recommend Family Taekwondo to anyone interested in martial arts training, whether you're seven years old or seventy.
