I have loved watching my six year old granddaughter grow and gain confidence through the instruction at MAMA Littleton. The instructors have a gift with how they interact with the students as individuals rather than as a whole class. The class size is small and diverse. After a year and a half, I have seen my granddaughter go from being quiet and shy and very reserved to blossoming into a confident young lady and I can't wait to see how she continues to grow. The small class size makes it an appealing option to the beginning student, a child who needs a confidence boost, a seasoned taekwondo veteran, or even an adult that needs to find some inner strength.

Great school for kids or adults. My family has been part of the MAMA Littleton for over a year now and both myself and my daughter have taken classes here during that time. They focus on building confidence while teaching self-defense techniques.
