My 5 year old boy loves the classes here so much that he wouldn’t want to miss any! And he has improved a lot physically and more important mentally, learning the benefits from a focused mind. I joined the class myself after watching him for a while, and it’s the best decision I have made for the year!! National Instructor John and Instructor Brandon are both SO good at what they are doing, and the people who we train together here are also great and helpful. Strongly recommend to those who has the intention but not yet find the ideal place to start.

My two sons have been training with Body Mind Systems for a few months now and they absolutely love it! Instructor Brandon is great. He makes each class fun while taking the time to make sure each child is learning the techniques properly. Both of my children have shown growth in focus and confidence since starting their training. Walking through the door the staff was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind the instructors have great demeanors and experience. My son can't wait to get back!

My 11 yr old son has been attending Body Mind Systems in Littleton since Fall of 2019. Since starting with Instructor Brandon and National Instructor John he has gained so much confidence, independence and respect for himself and others. Instructor Brandon is great at making the classes fun for the kids while teaching them valuable lessons they can use at home, school and later in when they enter the work force. If you’re looking for a fun, affordable way to get the kids off the electronics Body Mind Systems is the way to go.

We absolutely love bringing our child to Body Mind Systems! Instructor Brandon has helped our five year old learn so many valuable skills: focus, leadership, teamwork and discipline. Instructor Brandon is an amazing teacher! He is gifted at working with children and skillful in his instruction. We love the sense of community that is built among the students and their families.
