I had the amazing pleasure of being assisted by Ilee and Dean, Ilene's customer service and tentative personality were such a great addition to the amazing products they swiftly and smoothly upsold me, coming from a car sales person let me say, they're good at what they do and don't have to cheat you into a mistake deal! Now Dean, this man. AMAZING, his personality and drive to not ask any nonsense questions and get right to the solution when Ilee and myself came to a slight issue upon setup was such a refreshing feeling. Not only that but he was so driven to make me happy and get his numbers in which if you can't respect you just don't know hungry ! He went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted and some and I thank him ten times over for helping resolve my phone issues and add sprinkles and cherries on top. I adore them and I thank them for being such amazing help and company through my visit to this sprint location. (The manager needs to hook them up with some smoothies ?)
Thanks again to them for making my day not only with my new items but for reassuring me that customer service isn't a dead and basic boring experience, you guys are the best!
I went in feeling frustrated by the way my Mother & I were treated at the Belmar Sprint store. I was nicely greeted by a friendly staff member by the name of Kendra. I explained my problem and within minutes Kendra fixed ALL of my problems. She assured me that everything was going to be taken care of concerning the problems from Belmar. I want to let her manager and District Manager know what a valuable asset Kendra is to Sprint! So many other employees should learn by example of Kendra’s superior customer service! Friendly, caring & knowledgeable! Sprint, you did your company a great service the day you hired Kendra!

You need to be patient. Technology doesn't care if you have somewhere to be. It takes time to set up phones and transfer data. So, there is a wait, especially if you're upgrading. But, the staff here will bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need and all of your questions answered. There's a reason this store is busy, the staff is awesome!
Went in here to upgrade my phone about 2 weeks ago. Dean was very helpful and got me setup very quickly! Unfortunately, the device had a manufacturing error and shut down after about a week so I had to return for a replacement. Thankfully, Michael was very helpful in getting my phone exchanged and set up on the network again. Dealing with cell phones and service is seemingly always annoying and stressful, but the staff at this store did their best to make it as easy as possible for me!
