Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery

OK - this is a true story: Back in June 2020, we ordered 3 GE appliances from Ferguson on Sante Fe, paid for them, had received one that quit working a month later and we still had no idea where they were in early November 2020. To say the situation was frustrating is an understatement. Erik Fretheim (and his Area Store Manager, Carin Zupancic) worked extremely hard, pulled a few strings, and bent over backwards to help us resolve EVERY issue, communicated very clearly with us and saved our relationship along with GE's tarnished reputation. Saying how great a business is after having these issues is a serious testament to it (Ferguson), Erik and Carin's dedication to us, their reputation and character of caring about customer satisfaction. Erik and Carin... you're nothing short of the living definition of excellence! THANK YOU!

Purchased some appliances for our basement bar and coffee bar. Love the appliances! The staff at Ferguson are top notch! Hands down one of the best customer service and buying experiences my husband and I have ever had. We were welcomed in the warmest fashion by the lovely Linda! So fun. So kind and accommodating. Our sales professional was, Chris (Wheeler?) and he is the best example of "people buy from people they like " FACT. We really enjoyed Chris's candor, humor and product knowledge. Can't wait to have a need to go back to Ferguson. 10 star experience!
