“I have been living here for about 2 months now. Overall, I really really enjoy it, and so does my dog. The onsite puppy park is great. The pool area and the gym are clean and well-kept as well. Maintenance has responded to all my issues within a week, but usually even quicker than that. When looking for an apartment out here, Courtney Downs staff stood out for friendliness and honesty. I knew all the fees upfront, which were substantially less than competitors. Yes, rent is absolutely ridiculous, but that's the entire area for you. Square footage vs rent price here is actually better. Other places I looked at where listing either the same rent or higher for less square footage, so this is very much the better deal. Also, it's a safe area. Seriously, pull up the county crime map and you'll see. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom in my one bath apartment was NOT move in ready when I moved in. Every appliance needed fixing. However, I would like to point out that the office staff (Nancy especially) was quick to get maintenance out to fix the issues. Much appreciated. I did notice a few chips in counter tops when I did the unit self inspection that I'm hoping I won't get charged for when I move out. Although that will probably be a long time from now, I am planning on renewing my lease when the time comes. Overall, very happy here.”

Was a bit disappointed with sashimi slices not all being the same thickness and size but otherwise definitely worth a visit if your looking for more affordable sushi. Menu doesn't have too many options on fish so do keep that in mind.”
