“IF you have a loved one who you can't see often or who is in some way confined (and let's face it, with the pandemic, we all have been confined) this product is a MUST HAVE. We bought it for my 95 year old Mother 2 years ago so that we could share pictures from our overseas travel with her. We uploaded pics every night and she said she felt like she was traveling with us. Her mobility has continued to decline, but the Nimbus Frame continues to enhance her living. She is now 97 and in an Assisted Living home about 30 minutes from our house. We share family pics, cat pics, garden pics, and pictures around anything she asks to see. Many of these are pics we've taken and uploaded, but the library available through Nimbus is full of great options. IF you're a photographer, this is a great way to share your art, and you can earn from each time a picture is added by one of us users, or you can offer your pics for free. Great options. Finally, not only is the product excellent, the service is beyond excellent. EVERY time I mess something up Tom is there by email and/or phone to help me straighten it out. The service group knows their customers aren't always the most tech savvy users and the support team folks are patient, thoroughly knowledgable, helpful, available "always" and make me feel "capable, heard and important". I don't know why these frames aren't automatic features in EVERY room in any assisted living facility, nursing home, or even retirement community. All other families/people can also benefit from and enjoy this marvelous product and service. Kudos Nimbus Frame, and THANK YOU from the very core of my being.”

“To be clear, I never paid them for any service, but I got great advice and expertise (over the phone) that allowed me to fix my air conditioner myself. I am so impressed with their honesty that I felt compelled to write a review. So, my ac wasn't getting cold. Fans worked, filters were clean, but compressor wouldn't turn on. Replaced the capacitor, still no good. Was convinced that the compressor was bad and called them about replacing it. Was expecting them to say that it would be $3000, and take 2 weeks to fix. Instead, they told me that I should install a 521 hard start kit, first ($40 on Amazon). I did, and it works perfectly. I've been burned many times by repair people, so much so, that I usually go to youtube before calling anyone. I was just very surprised that they didn't try to cash in on a desperate situation. If the compressor does go out in the future, these guys will easily be my choice!”

But there are things here and there, this time prompted me to review. This morning they were moving the dog waste basket from bldg 10 to my bldg 4( the office said it is close to the laundry which is attached to my apt between my two bed rooms) cause residents (on bldg 10) were complaining about smell and unsightly treatment. I was so surprised why one resident's discomfort (smell & unsightly) was not treated like everyone's. I suggested that it would be to everyone's advantage if the dog waste basket is located on an open space( which is plenty in Alton Green) than to put it next to a bldg, cause this will create the same problem that existed before. Unsightly and smelly conditions. I hope Alton Green will take my concern into consideration too. Thank you.”
