  I had called and scheduled and appointment to review a washer issue. I had to call back to reschedule. At that time over the phone he gave great advice on things to look for if the washer indeed may need replacing. The washer indeed needing replacing. I thanked him and told him I'd write a positive review.

  I called John to repair my dryer because of all the positive reviews I read, and I was not disappointed. Based on my description of the issue, he suspected he knew what was wrong and brought the parts with him, so fixed it in just one trip - which was a bonus! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I will definitely call John next time I need to have an appliance repaired.

  John came right on time. He was polite and personable. He made my repair quickly and charged me a fair rate. I will definitely call him again and highly recommend him.
