  This is one of those guaranteed trustworthy places.
  
  They knew I was a little worried when I came in because my insurance company sent me in there and I didn’t want it to be one of those places that’s like an assembly line and doesn’t care about their customers and puts on cheap parts.
  
  Well they really went the extra mile. This place will take great care of you and your vehicle. I could go on and on about it but the most important part is they went through great effort to ensure I had all Toyota parts. They knew my vehicle mattered and they really did a great job.
  
  I feel very satisfied with the customer service, timeline and the work they did.
  
  Highly recommend this family operation.

  These are the kindest and most informative group of people I've encountered in a long time. Jake kept great communication with me. He checked in regularly with auto generated messages and personal texts to keep me informed. Just that human interaction was so positive! The receptionist/office administrator is wonderful, her name escapes me (maybe Jessica), but she's wonderful and has a great demeanor. (even kept the Halloween candy flowing). My car was ready 2 days early!! When I picked it up Chris walked me through the repairs and then we chatted about our KIA Souls. It was fun, I love cars! All in all I highly recommend the Valmont store if you're needing any sort of collision repair. I wish they could be my mechanic for any other needs. ; )

  Chris, Jake and everyone that I dealt with at Caliber Collision were amazing. After working with two OTHER companies to fix my window after my car was broken into, the window was still not fixed and the tint was poorly done. I met with Chris and immediately I knew that I was working with a person who knew what they were doing. I showed him how my window barely rolled down and he knew what the problem was right away. He dealt with my insurance to reopen the claim and took care of everything. All I had to do was drop off the car, he also had great communication throughout the process and kept me informed about when parts would come in and when I could expect my car back. They even did an incredible job of detailing the outside of my car. I had been using a car sink which left a ton of soap scum that they got off of it. The day I went to pick up my car Chris was at a meeting so I spoke with Jake who told me on the phone that he couldn't wait to show me my car. That made me feel like they take pride in their workmanship. And my car looks great and the tint now closely matches my other car windows. I highly recommend them!

  Jake and everyone at Caliber Collision were fantastic to work with. When my parked car was unexpectedly hit and my bumper taken off, they were able to get it fully re-attached until I could get in for my appointment 2 months later. Jake made working with the insurance company easy and even had my car done a day ahead of schedule. I received frequent updates and the repair looks fantastic. Friendly and courteous. There team really went above and beyond.

  The whole team at Caliber did a phenomenal job with my car. Not only was the end result immaculate, but they took the time to update me every few days throughout the process. They truly have excellent customer service and I would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of a fix for their car and doesn't want to overpay.
