Selina is an incredibly skilled massage therapist! I have seen her several times for therapeutic massage (overly tight calf and hamstrings, lower back pain, even plantar faciatis) and every time, she has been able to address the problem immediately! She takes time with each client at each visit to understand how your body feels and any areas of concern before their massage session - so that she can pay special attention or provide therapy where needed. She also provides wonderful relaxation massages. I highly recommend Selina - especially if you have issues you are trying to address. She is simply incredible, very, very knowledgable, and effective!
