Sian and Greg are dedicated to their craft and will go the extra mile for your cruise. They provided my wife and I seasoned insight for an adventure of a lifetime in managing our cruise in Alaska. They essentially interviewed us at length to get a better understanding of our approach to our cruise. They offered pros and cons, answered every email and question we asked 57 different times and were spot on with the suggestion we go with Celebrity Cruises. More than once during our cruise we heard folks bemoan the cost of their 'point-and-click-do-it-yourself' arrangements made on the web. Sian and Greg took care of business. And the really cool part? They did all this work with no charge to us.
