(October 29, 2018, 1:19 pm)I've lived at Orchard Grove Mobile Home park since 2002. Still today, I consider Orchard Grove to be the 'best-kept' secret in Boulder for folks living on a tight budget. The park is safe, clean, friendly, and very community driven. Though ownership and management has changed more than a couple times over the past 16 years I've lived there, and there were concerns when a corporation purchased the park, I feel the park is better today, than ever! As Boulder grows up around the park, the heart of Boulder is exactly Orchard Grove Mobile Home park.
