(July 19, 2023, 10:03 am)I have been doing Pilates with Michelle for about 3 years. I had a couple of ski accidents and thanks to her knowledge and dedication, I made huge progress in my rehab and was able to run again.
It would not have been possible without her help!
She has the knowledge and she's very personable, which make for a great experience. -

I trust her completely to push me to my limits when working out and to listen and be mindful of avoiding injury or stress on my joints. She is extremely knowledgeable about body position to achieve the most from your session. If I ever mention anything that is bothering my body that week, she either has a recommendation on how to work with it right away or looks into and has answers by the end of the day. Her studio and equipment are top notch and she has all of the extra pieces needed to add to your reformer workout. For a trainer, you could not ask for a more knowledgeable, conscientious or friendly person. I highly recommended Michelle.
