Christina is an excellent Doctor and healer. She also has a very calming and charming way about her. It is also a plus that she has a PHD in Chinese medicine and has studied in China. She is really on the ball and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I very highly recommend and trust her.
Christina's treatments are very effective yet with lighter needling than I've received before. I've been in three times for tight muscles in my shoulders and neck. I feel relief right after and more relief by the next day. Christina and everyone at True Health Clinic really care about their clients.
Christina is an absolutely amazing accupuncturist! She is brilliant, compassionate, super present, incredible listener, and best of all you walk away feeling so much better! I highly recommend her. I have never been to an acupuncture session where someone was so diligent, giving you a full blast of cupping after sitting with needles. I love her work, and will continue to go!!!
Went in for a session after some knee irritation from a morning Camp Gladiator workout. Have had years of knee issues after ACL replacement and meniscus repair surgery, despite rehab and a lot of yoga. The session with Dr Shao released a lot of tension in the knee joint and freed up the scar tissues. Felt the difference right after I stood up from the table. Wish I have started this treatment right after surgery!
A major bonus was the deepest, most relaxing acupuncture nap I have ever had.
