(August 9, 2018, 3:20 pm)We were trying to locate a special locking mechanism for a one-of-a-kind restored door... We searched and searched online with no luck. I made more phone calls than I can care to count until finally I called Buffalo Security and they took care of it!! It took awhile to locate the mechanism, but they kept searching their resources until they found it. Stellar service!! Thank you!!

I highly recommend Buffalo Security for all your security needs. We bought a home security system, including Yale electronic locks and a camera. We couldn't be happier with the products or the availability of staff to answer all our installation questions.

(April 24, 2018, 12:58 pm)Buffalo lock and key replaced and re-keyed over a dozen locks on our house. They came on time and did a good job. They were a bit on the pricy side. I would hire them again.
(April 19, 2017, 6:44 pm)Just went in to get a few extra car keys. Jack, the general manager, had me in and out in less than five minutes. He was congenial, let me go out and test the keys to make sure they worked, and even gave me four keys for the price of two because I was a repeat customer and for "restoring his faith in humanity". Every time I've been, they've been absolutely wonderful. They've even come to bat when I've had issues in the parking lot unrelated to them. Wonderful business with exceptional service.
