This is one of the best yoga studios in Boulder. This studio is 100% donation based and does a great job at getting the best teachers in the area. It is clean and the classes are amazing. The 2 owners of this studio are doing an amazing job at operating this studio. Not only are you going to get one of the best yoga classes you can find, you will also be supporting a great cause. We would recommend this studio 100%

Irene is the most talented and dedicated yoga instructor I’ve worked with. Her personality is vital for what she does. Being so well rounded and communicative makes her an instructor above the rest. She cares and really encourages while she teaches and does so with thoughtful detail and precision. She knows how to make the environment fun and I highly recommend working with Irene at Bodhi Movement! This woman puts so much love, dedication, and hard work into her yoga studio-a true empowering person to work with and know.

I am so grateful I found Bodhi! Every class I have taken there has been awesome. Irene, Sam, and the other instructors are super knowledgeable, kind, fun, and create a really great space that is welcoming to everyone. Also, as a poor grad student I really appreciate that classes are donation based. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough!

I took a class at Bodhi while traveling in CO. Sam’s class was wonderful to take after exploring the Rockies. Class was a perfect mix of challenging and grounding. Beautiful spacious studio. Plenty of parking. Perfect location - short drive from downtown Boulder. Highly recommend if you live in the area or if you’re just passing through :)

Since I started going to Bodhi I actually have a yoga practice. And I mean practice. This is such an affirming, come-as-you-are, we're-all-working-on-stuff, don't-worry studio. They are super inclusive. There's definitely stuff I'm not capable of yet, but the instructors are sure to give you other options. They also have a ton of props, so just bring your mat (or they have ones you can borrow). It's donation based and drop-in friendly. I usually sign up for classes only an hour in advance... trying to be better about that! There is a ton of variety to the classes they offer and the times are well suited for those that work a 9-5. The weekend classes are also a great way to kick off your Saturdays and Sundays.

Though a little hard to find at first (look for the door, head up the stairs, and it's either the first door on your right or last door on your left, depending on what side of the building you parked on), don't let that deter you. It's well worth finding, especially in Boulder- easy to park, affordable to attend, and great for the body and spirit.
