Michelle did a great job selling it home. She walked us through the updates we should make to maximize the value, had great recommendations for contractors, and provided great guidance on setting the price as well as navigating the market. She was a great communicator and she helped us get the highest price for our home.

Michelle was recommended to me by a good friend. We are not from the area, and actually I have lived my whole life on the East Coast. I actually thought it would take a lot longer to find a place in Boulder but Michelle listened to me and found condos in my price range, she didn't push me to look at homes or condos that did not fix my needs or requests.
The idea of buying a condo without being there in person was daunting...Michelle made it so easy for us!

Michelle is the best realtor if you are looking for someone who is down-to-earth, knows the market well, will represent your interests at the negotiation table and is just an all-around nice person to work with. We were selling as the market was turning and Michelle was great about updating us on the shift and how that impacted the price and getting our home ready for the market. She has a wide network of people she tapped into to help us replace appliances, paint, etc. (they did work for very reasonable prices and the end result was quality!) Michelle gave clear, honest and expert feedback as we were preparing our home to be listed. She was there to support us every step in the process. The one thing that was very valuable to our situation was that she gave her expert opinion and then allowed us time/space to make the decision for our situation - and she respected/advocated for our decisions. Michelle is not one of those over-bearing realtors, she is very knowledgeable and prides herself on supporting her clients. I would hire her in a second if we ever move back to Boulder County.

Michelle helped us with our first home purchase in the hardest market ever. She was patient and knowledgeable during viewings and hasn't even blinked when I was checking some minor stuff for the hundredth time during the buying process. She was very honest (maybe even conservative) when asked about pricing advice and while her knowledge about Denver home market is extensive she was not afraid to tell us: "I don't know" or "hard to guess" when it was really not possible to meet our expectation for a prophecy :)

After hearing true horror stories (from our friends who have been looking for a house too) about agents who are masters of marketing (mostly self-marketing) but cannot even read or explain simple parts of the house purchase contract we really appreciated Michelle's professionalism. She knows the process, the contract, the paperwork, what is important and what is less important. No details were ever missed and we could trust her not only to have our best interest in mind but also to be actually capable of taking care of everything. For foreigners who didn’t know how home buying process works in the US, it was probably the most important thing we were looking for in an agent and Michelle definitely delivered!
