  I have been searching for a dentist office for quite some time. I wanted a dentist to do the work that I wanted done and not what they thought I wanted to have done. Perfect Teeth in Erie was exactly what I was hoping to find. The office manager was excellent and explained everything to me in detail regarding what the process was for billing and what insurance covered. I appreciated the time Krystal spent with me and her professionalism. Dr Sanchez the dentist walked me through the process and explained in detail the procedures. Every person in the office was outstanding and a pleasure to work with and be a part of. They treated me as family and with respect, which is something that is hard to find these days!!

  Had a great visit here again. Cant believe what a professional office this is. The doctor is awesome and the office manager was great helping me understand the future work that needs to be done and the charges. This is a great staff. Well done perfect teeth for getting a great staff near me.

  Have been to a few different perfect teeth just to find the right fit for me. So I finally stumbled upon the Erie office. All I can really say is WOW. What a great group. They are so professional, kind and very helpful. This is a great working team. I wish they all could be like this office. I would highly recommend them. Thank you all.
  
  To the "Owner" I cannot believe that you are playing words like that. This office works as a great TEAM. Your Office Manager, all assistants and Hygienist along with the Doctor. I would have believed a good owner would have been proud of that whole staff not just one person. I have read the reviews on this office and it seems that we all agree it is a team. You need to remember that is what keeps people like me going back to good office like Eire and keep your corporation alive. All I have to say to the "Owner" is you should be ashamed of yourself trying to play words like that.

  Thorough patient care, and excellent patient education. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely go back for my next cleaning!

  Front office lady did a great job today getting my insurance issue resolved,thanks! Dentist is always very professional. Knows how to put your mind at ease,especially if you have anxiety issues. Have nothing but positive things to say about each staff member.That is why for the last 2 years I have chosen perfect teeth at Dr. Sanchez's office.
