Niki is extremely supportive and passionate about her work. She is such a pleasure to work with! Together, we built a personalized nutrition plan to discover the root causes of my GI distresses (FODMAPS), fuel for endurance athletics, AND maintain a healthy diet. It was a big ask, and Niki handled it with grace and confidence! Niki is a great listener and truly understands how multifaceted nutrition is. She takes into account personal likes, dislikes, and lifestyles without judgement to craft open and achievable nutrition plans. She is self-motivated to do her research and to suggest dependable choices and products for her clients. I am very thankful that I reached out to Niki, and I will certainly reach out to her again when I need nutritional guidance!

I am an active Martial Arts Instructor who eats fairly well. I first sought out Niki a year ago. I had no energy and was feeling crummy. We had several sessions via video and she was amazing. She was caring and extremely thorough. We discussed my current nutrition, vitamins and blood work. Niki even suggested additional blood work that my regular physician did not. She helped me better understand my nutritional needs, and included a new vitamin regimen that really helped.
Then a few months ago a large mass was found in my abdomen and surgically removed. I developed a bowel obstruction a few days after surgery. I was told I should be on a liquid diet at home, and received no further assistance from the hospital about nutritional care post surgery. I knew I needed to reach out to Niki. She was kind and honest about how I would need to proceed over the coming weeks. It was quite a process, but Niki checked in my progress every step of the way. I am very happy to finally say that I am able to eat normally again, and I got through it all because of her!! Thank You Niki :)

Niki Randolph set me on a solid path to eating right for me. I was impressed by her knowledge and also her willingness to research things that were new to her. I especially appreciated learning fact from fiction regarding commonly heard "truths" about food and nutrition. Niki taught me how to look at the overall picture and was great about suggesting options -- everything was flexible, sensible, and achievable. It's up to me to follow through, but I now feel I have the right tools and accurate information.
