  I have had the incredible privilege of knowing Sonja as a dear friend and a colleague for over 16 years.   Dr. Hellman is a rare find. Her open heart, intuition, finely tuned skills, and and sensitivity to create genuine results are a wonderful recipe for a positive outcome. 🦋
  Sonja is able to find the root causes of the problem accurately; even complicated past traumas, and works energetically to make it different. In the past, most of the therapists only create a temporary shift for me. With help of RRT [Rapid Resolution Therapy], Sonja has the ability to address traumas on a level that actually changes them forever.
  She is astoundingly brilliant, earned her Psy.D. from PGSP - Stanford PsyD Consortium. As a Certified RRT Specialist, Sonja is skilled enough in RRT to help you to finally relieve from your unresolved traumas, and intense fears.
  While I can’t exactly say how I landed at Sonja’s door – was it coincidence, serendipity, or souls synchronicity, but I am absolutely certain that I am healing and very grateful for all the remarkable changes she has helped me to bring into my life. 🦋🦋
