What a lovely studio! I took a restorative yoga class with justine and was so happy I did…talk about total relaxation. Soothing music, gentle adjustments with reiki, and clear instruction! Highly recommend this class and this studio!

Love this new location! The ambiance and mood are sublime. The ceiling is magical and, I imagine, every class here is a soul awakening experience. I can't wait to come back!!

The first time I went to Earth Yoga in Boulder was for a special New Years work shop. I was so over joyed by how welcoming and warm the studio is. After practicing with Shannon and Sarah, I knew that Earth was where I wanted to pursue my Yoga Teacher Training. From the moment I expressed interest, I was assured that I would be welcomed unconditionally. The offerings from this studio reach far beyond a guided class. I was given specific instructions in a clear and concise manner that has allowed me to strengthen my practice and learn to teach others. This lovely studio serves as a haven to those who want to learn. Shannon and Sarah are committed to making this practice assessable to everyone and Every Body. The rates are reasonable,the studio is clean,and the classes offer something for everyone.

I have found my Boulder Yoga home at Earth! I am in the SCHOOL OF EMBODIED POETICS Embody Mandala, 300 Hour yoga teacher training program and am soaking up every minute of it. I find myself intellectually stimulated for weeks after a training but am able to incorporate my new skill sets and learning immediately. Shannon Paige is a master a supporting and encouraging personal evolution. I highly recommend any and all of their offerings of Earth and the School of Embodied Poetics.
