I just had a new roof and gutters installed. The whole process went quickly. Blake was great to work with, stayed on top of the job and was always quick to respond to my questions. I am very happy with the work and relieved that it went so smoothly.

Scott's Roofing came recommended from my insurance agent a few weeks back after some branches fell on my roof. I wanted to get an inspection just in case and Scott's sent someone out to my home to give a free inspection very quickly. Friendly, honest, and no fuss. And a certified B-corp to boot! My roof turned out ok, but I'll definitely be calling these folks if I need anything in the future. Thanks Scott's!

We needed a new roof after bad hail damage had ruined the original one. After pricing around we went with Scott's roofing because the price was good and the sales rep, Blake, was easy to deal with. Things went smoothly. The new roof was put on along with new leaf guards and gutters. It looked great! A few months later painting contractors doing the exterior of the house severely damaged a few roof sections with their ladders. But that was no problem because Blake and his team came right out, assessed the damage and repaired the roof within just one week. Now it's back to perfect shape. They also made the extra effort to communicate with the painting contractor to get the insurance claim for the damage caused by them handled. So, I highly recommend Scott's. Out of the several contractors we used to get our house ready for sale Scott's was the best. Thank you so much.

Working with Scott's was one of the best home-project experiences I've ever had! Not only was the quality of their work fantastic, but they also operate as a B-Corporation and run their business excellently. I was most impressed by Scott's fantastic communication and transparency throughout the job. We hired Scott’s Roofing to replace our entire roof. Even though this wasn’t an insurance claim, our agent recommended Scott’s as one of the top roofers in the area. From start to finish, everyone was responsive, professional and respectful to our time and property.

When I initially contacted them to get a quote, John W. (our project manager) called me back within hours and was out within a day or so to inspect and quote the project. John showed me pictures of all the areas he found that would affect the project, worked with us on the various options and provided a quote that was within our budget very quickly.

John was highly responsive throughout the project - which completed to the original quoted schedule. If I had a question or needed to contact him, he always would call me or text me back within the hour. He remained onsite throughout the project while the work was being done and provided pictures of additional items such as dry rotted decking that they uncovered during demolition. Overall, the additional add on costs were nominal – but you should absolutely budget for them. From my perspective - John had set this expectation during the quoting process properly.

In my experiences, it’s when problems occur during a project that you can truly judge the integrity of a company and its people. We had two problems come up on this project. John completely and honestly accepted responsibility for them without once trying to shirk that responsibility. He consistently stood behind his team and the quality of the work and worked with us until the problems were resolved to our complete satisfaction. In my opinion, above all - it’s this high level of integrity and honestly that you should strongly consider Scott’s Roofing for your project.
