We went through the crazy process of buying and selling a house at the same time, and Leanne worked it for both closings to even be on the same day. Leanne was great in helping us get the one house sold at over asking within 2 days. Then she spent a whole marathon day with us to find our new house, and we love it! She was a great realtor, and now she is a good friend as well.
Leanne helped us find our home within the stringent timeline (before the holidays!) that we were looking for while remaining calm, kind, and professional. We really felt like she was on our side during the process without there being any pressure. She was quick to point out the flaws in houses and helped us shape an idea of where the market is going.
Hopefully we will stay in our house a while, but if we find ourselves looking again in the future we would definitely seek her out again!
When it came time for us to buy a house I knew I would be contacting Leanne. She is so committed to her work and is incredibly knowledgeable about the market. From the beginning of the process to the end it was a pleasure to work with her. She worked so hard to find us the perfect place. My husband and I had different ideas about what that might be and she found a way to meld both of our desires and locate a home that was perfect for us. Our house wasn't even on the market yet but because of her knowledge of the industry and her dedication to her clients she opened doors "so to speak" that others would not have thought to try. She's my forever realtor...although I love my house so much I may never move again!!
