I am very satisfied with the service I get. Jamie and Kathy are both great and have always been very helpful with an issues I've had with my hearing aids. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Gilgren and the staff at Hearing Rehab Center are amazing! She is not only extremely thorough and professional, she explains things in a way that are very easy to understand, which makes it easier to comprehend the issues and have a more active role in your ear function and health. She is kind and compassionate, and you can tell she cares about her patients. Everyone in my family has been treated by Dr. Gilgren, and we all love her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was pleasantly surprised at our experience at Hearing Rehab. Dr. Gilgren was highly professional and friendly. She took plenty of time to explain hearing loss and what can be done to treat it. She explained the various types of instruments and the types of hearing loss they target. My husband and I both had our hearing tested and the results carefully explained. We were able to try different instruments and both of us selected one with which we were comfortable. We are now anxious to pick them up. We are confident that Gr. Gilgren and Kathy will provide excellent care as we transition to this new phase of our lives.
