My engagement ring had a recurring issue with the center stone coming loose at the slightest contact. The basket was a beautiful, delicate lotus design in rose gold that I love, but the prongs were just so dainty and soft that they couldn't hold their position. I tried explaining this to the original manufacturer of the ring, sent it back and all they did was tighten it, so the issue continued. I went to Snyder's for help explaining the problem and that I wanted to keep a similar design and rose gold aesthetic. She scoured the industry for a manufacturer with a basket matching the existing one and found the perfect replacement. The work was done and so far the new basket has held up well. Went in today to get some links removed from a watch I received as a gift. I was promptly greeted by a team member who was helping another customer and then another employee took care of me quickly and kindly. Great friendly service with smiles. 10/10

I went in to look at engagement rings with my (now) fiancé a little over a month ago. Noah was incredibly helpful and pleasant, and most of all patient with us! We looked closely at more than 10 separate bands and a few stones, and Noah helped us narrow them down to the set we wanted.
