me and my boyfriend have been wanting to move out already and we wanted to know what we would we liked this house and we wanted to know what we need to apply here. he is 18 and i’m almost 18. and i wanted to know if that was fine. we just wanna know if you could answer our questions
What a wonderful place to live. We are very happy to call this place home. These apartments are gorgeous, energy efficient, and within walking distance to just about everything needed. The staff here as a whole have gone above and beyond to accommodate our family. The front office staff and management have truly exceeded our expectations, and handle all issues with the utmost professionalism. Kristin and Sarah are the best management duo Highland Property Management Inc can employ. But, the true gratification should be awarded to the phenomenal maintenance team. This maintenance team is like no other, personable, punctual, and professional. These gentlemen are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way for the residents that reside here. This is our first apartment where we enjoy having maintenance over for routine checks. With new apartment complexes it is expected to have some issues with the functionality of some appliances, or plumbing, or even other residents, but this team at Centennial Park Apartments handles everything efficiently. It is no wonder there is a wait list. The only downfall to these apartments is the banning of grills. Thankfully there is a large community grill that the staff keeps clean and well maintained. And did I mention they love fur babies, which is a huge plus. Thank you Centennial Park Apartments for making sure our family is happy and safe in our home.
This is an income adjusted property, so the amount of paperwork and number of hoops to go through was more than I've gone through in the past, but it's well worth the extra effort. We were fortunate enough to qualify and have recently moved in. Staff was great working with us during the process and continue to be a real plus. The apartment and the community have surpassed our expectations. Our apartment is very energy efficient and amazingly quiet - if we didn't see our neighbors outside we would wonder if we had neighbors. The closeness to 2 shopping areas is a real bonus and we've even found a dentist within walking distance. We would strongly recommend these apartments.
