I bought a Brain Gym book a few years ago and tried using it with my swim students, but didn't know what I was doing and promptly forgot it. Brain Gym came to my attention again and when I googled it found Diane. She was a fantastic teacher; knowledgeable, organized, focused and just plain fun. I learned so much and was able to easily incorporate the movements into my lessons. I highly recommend this to teachers and parents.
