Renew Movement™

Dar was fantastic. Very good communication, direction and pressure. Dar and I were able to speak the lingo and work together to solve my muscular issues. This was the most positive massage experience I've have had in some time.

This modality was new to me however still very effective. Thanks to the other staff for fitting me in with little notice.

Dar is beyond amazing! She listens, asks questions, continuously checks in to make sure folks are getting what they want/need out of the treatment.

Came in with significant shoulder pain, unable to use my right arm fully. Received dry needling and renew method from Dar and walked out feeling 75% better in only one session. Exceeded my expectations in every way. So thankful for those modalities and the providers at Renew.

I have loved Renew for years now but fallen out of regular practice with life and pandemics. I saw Scott yesterday and he is amazing! Improved range of motion from the second I walked out the doors. Can't wait to get back in soon!

As a somatic doctor, I recommend bodywork to release tension, stress, and adhesions. This is the most incredible therapeutic body work I've experienced. Highly personalized and effective. Just incredible!
