I had a nasty fall on my left wrist. Dr. Gagliano basically brought my wrist back to normal in 3 months. After 9 titanium screws and 1 plate, I am doing the same things before my accident that I am doing after my accident because of him. He went to work and repaired me the right way. No frills, no sugar coating, basically this is what I am going to do and he did it. I am so thankful that he was the on call ortho doc when I got hurt. My injury was not minor, it was major as I pulverized all of my bones in my wrist. And then he worked his magic. Thank you again. Can't thank you enough.

I first saw Dr. Gagliano in February 2016 after a ski accident resulting in a tear of the ACL on my right knee. I was taken from the ski slopes straight to the clinic and seen by him right away. His knowledge of sports injuries was very impressive. I was sent for an MRI, diagnosis was made, and surgery scheduled. I’d never had surgery before but it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I was issued with all of the necessary equipment for my recovery (ice machine, knee brace, etc.) and booked in for PT at the clinic. After 9 months of follow-up appointments with Dr. Gagliano and PT, I was given the all clear for sports and back on the slopes. I have not had any further issues with my knee.

So one year ago when my right shoulder dislocated (following a previous dislocation 5 years prior) I knew exactly where to go. Dr. Gagliano performed an MRI and saw some minimal damage but did not press surgery upon me at that point, so I decided to wait and see if the PT would strengthen it without surgery. However it dislocated again so he booked me in for surgery. He did not see the need for me to pay for another MRI following this last dislocation in order to save me money, because he said he’d see the damage when he went in to operate. Again, the surgery could not have gone better. After 4-1/2 months of PT at his clinic I have again been given the go-ahead for sports activities.

One of the most impressive aspects of his skills, in my personal opinion, is the minimal scarring I was left with. It barely shows on my knee and when I look for the scars on my shoulder I actually have to hunt to find them. I would recommend Dr. Gagliano to anyone needing his type of care, he’s the best!

I have been a patient for Dr. Gagliano for about 5 years. I was referred to Dr. Gagliano to evaluate an old ACL injury after falling down some stairs with my 6 month old. He was thorough with his work and told me I was fine. He didn't try to have me spend costs on services I didn't need, like an MRI or x-ray. I felt confident his diagnosis was accurate. So, when I fell a couple years ago and fractured my Patella, I knew what office and surgeon I wanted for this tough injury. He takes his work very seriously and is very detailed oriented, this is what you need when you have a complex surgery. He gives you confidence that all is going to be fine. 2 years and 2 surgeries later, I am already back up snowshoeing and on the way to living my life exactly the way I did prior to my fall. Even though I am not a professional athlete, Dr. Gagliano knows how much being active means to me and he made sure I could get it back.

Dr. Gagliano is a excellent physician who shows empathy for his patients and truly cares about how well they recover. He answers questions clearly and listens to his patients. Having had trouble with my knees and back, I am happy to have found a surgeon who believes that there are more answers than just going into surgery.

Dr. Gagliano is our families' go to orthopedic surgeon even. Super thorough and not surgery happy. He takes the time to explain to us what our options are and will even take a look at x-rays from other docs when we are travelling. Yup we have two kids that think they are stuntmen.
