Great company for purchasing eco-friendly shipping supplies at a good price. Fast shipping. Wide variety and great customer service (helpful, personable and cheerful)! An incorrect item was sent from my order. Customer service rep. (Sonya) contacted me promptly and remedied that. On top of shipping the correct item, I was gifted the incorrect item as well. Can’t ask for more than that! If I had one criticism, it would be that shipping rates are a little high (understandable since paper products are on the heavier side). Overall, great experience with EcoEnclose. Highly recommend 👍

Needed a tamper-proof bag to send a hard drive with sensitive data on it across the country. Went in and was immediately greeted by friendly faces asking how they could help.
I have them the rundown and the man went to the back and within a couple minutes came back with two bags and rigid envelopes and handed them to me.
I asked what I owed them for it and he said "Nothing."!!
