Jessie is a talented healer who intuitively combines the ancient science of yoga with modern PT techniques in manual therapy and energy medicine. Weaving these modalities, Jessie custom-tailored an empowering treatment plan that met me where I was at, building on my strengths to help me regain wholeness after working through injury and illness. Over the years I have seen Dr. Tierney for both in-person and Skype appointments as she has supported me through my recovery from concussion and spinal injuries. In online visits, she has the unique ability to truly connect through cyberspace, offering guidance in bringing me in and out of yoga postures and leading meditations that helped to rewire my brain's connection with pain. After each appointment, she has crafted an easy-to-follow treatment plan that helped me integrate healing into my daily routine.

I had extreme lower back pain and muscular pain in my shoulders. Was treated with FSM (frequency specific microcurrent). The treatment was painless. The next morning I woke up after the best night of sleep I've had in a while and had NO PAIN. Feel AMAZING. Definitely recommend and will be returning to Jessie for PT and treatments.
