Doctor Vivian, I feel that every time I go to my appointments she always pays attantion to what I'm saying to her, and I really trust her with my medical care. She has help me get my diabetes under control.

I am always nervous about seeing a new medical provider. I read Dr. Jiang’s bio online and thought she seemed like an knowledgable, competent, and compassionate provider. Dr. Jiang is all that and more. First, her office was terrific. Everyone was very professional and polite but also so friendly! Her nurse Albina was really warm and welcoming (and also made my blood tests so easy!)

When I met Dr. Jiang, she immediately made me feel so safe, relaxed, and comfortable. She has a very thoughtful, holistic approach to medicine, which was demonstrated through her incredible knowledge and her mindfulness of how my different medical issues and treatment options overlap. She valued my input about my care and took the time to talk through other options for my care to address my issues moving forward. For some of my more complicated health issues, she was able to explain what was going on and my options in a very accessible way. I felt heard and respected.

I have met with doctors before who aren’t particularly caring or empathetic, where the appointment feels rote. Dr. Jiang is not that doctor. I felt that she genuinely wanted to get to know me and my health issues so she could provide the best care. I saw that on her other reviews and it really is true. She is so kind, friendly, funny, caring, and a really lovely person on top of being very, very good at her practice of medicine. I am so relieved to have found her. I feel so comforted knowing I have a doctor I trust who really cares about me. She far exceeded my expectations.

Once your lucky, twice your good, after that, it’s awesome. Which it has been with Dr. Jiang.

Dr. Jiang is the most compassionate Dr I have ever had. She spends the time needed to address concerns, listens intently, and truly cares for my well being.

My experience with Vivian Jiang, MD was a really good one. I haven’t seen a physician for a few years now and decided now was the time to find a doctor and go in for a checkup. Their staff was really nice and respectful and I felt comfortable being there during the whole visit. I can tell they care about their patients and went to extra lengths to make me feel comfortable during my visit. Needless to say, I found a physician who is perfect for me and my needs. I will definitely be going to them from now on.

Dr. Jiang is an excellent Physician providing top notch care and possessing an excellent "bedside manner" often missing in today's medical practices.
