My experience with the motor vehicle section. I came to get a new title as I recently purchased a vehicle. With this being my first car purchase, I had no idea what to prepare. I prepared as much as I could and waited in line on a Monday. It was really busy. When my number was called, the employee was very helpful to explain the additional documents I needed and what to do for my next visit. Unfortunately I was not able to get a title the same day due to that but my next visit was very good experience. I came during a Thursday. I went in early and it was almost empty. The staff was quick to help me and explained all my options and etc. Got my title and was able to reuse my old plates. Later I came back in the afternoon because I accidentally destroyed one of my stickers for my plates. The office was still pretty empty for some odd reason and i got the same employee. She was very understanding and explained what was needed to get a new sticker. I got what I needed and headed out in a few minutes. Staff is great and the overall experience was good. Definitely pick the right time to go if you don't want to wait too long.

Renewed my passport, it was quick and the staff was very nice.

It took me 5 min to collect my son's birth certificate. Great service !!
