  Great selection of pet stuff. I had a laser etched tag made for my dog on her new harness I picked up from there. Very easy to use the machine. I also found a great variety of catfood. I was having a hard time finding a new brand of wet food without Chicken in it for my cat who's allergic.

  Went in and found quickly what was needed. Staff was very attentive and multiple time asked if help was needed as I checked out the animals in the store, what they offered and even chatted with a few other customers.

  Friendly knowledgeable staff, with a grooming center. Almost everyone working their seems to have a leopard gecko so they can give you all kinds of tips and advice. I do recommend finding out how close the nearest exotic pet vet is before buying a gecko by the way, and also note that appointments for these vets will be several days out at the earliest due to how busy they can get. Sometimes the best advice is forgotten when they are mostly just interested in selling pets.

  For some reason the cashiers here are always upbeat and friendly. They clearly treat their employees well. The store itself is clean and organized. If you have a snake though, be warned that they sometimes run out of frozen mice. It's not their fault; snakes are cool!

  Nick and Rachel Towe are such assets to the building! They both work tirelessly to maintain an elevated standard of living for residents in the community, and should an issue come up, be it big or small, (elevator down, power out, AC not blowing QUITE cool enough for your liking, etc.) Nick and/or Rachel are on top of it immediately. They are both so kind and have a well known presence within the building—most residents know them and their family on a first name basis. I’ve lived at this property for 3 years and appreciate them both immensely for all the hard work they put in to make this building home!

  We enjoy living at this location. Everyone seems to be very friendly, I like that it is a pet friendly environment. However the AC and heating doesn’t have the best function, meaning, we are unable to control our heating and cooling. The walls are quite thin so we can hear our neighbors walking up and down the stairs and hear their conversations. I did mention that my fiancé works from home and asked at the very beginning if it was a quiet building and the answer was yes for some part it is however the noise sometimes gets too loud for him to focus. Besides those two things I think this apartment complex is very nice and I enjoy my time so far living in the neighborhood.

  The location cannot be beat, and the staff is always attentive. Any maintenance request we have ever filed were handled within 24 hours, which is unheard of elsewhere. Nick and his team get things done quickly.
  
  The community events are fun, and everyone being cool with dogs being around is a plus. I enjoy this building, and don't intend to leave anytime soon.

  I enjoy living here, sadly we're thinking about moving because we're planning on buying a house. One thing I do appreciate a lot is the maintenance team and support team on ground that is always available for you for any issue/problem. Most especially NICK. He goes above and beyond in helping others. He is always kind and friendly to others, professional and wonderful neighbour. He makes it easier for the people who live here. NICK is amazing with all the help he provides to all of us. Thank you for your work always.

  Laundry machines are not included in the apartment, but that does add to the space that can be used in the overall apartment. The bathroom sink is adjacent to the shower and toilets. There is an excellent fitness center in the basement, and outside patios. Great room size for the price! Parking does cost 150 a month for covered, 100 for open parking.
