As returning clients trying to sell another duplex, we called Brad and his team. The first sale back in about 2016 went well, and again they were wonderful to work with. I had a residential duplex that I had owned for 50 years and it was very close to my heart. For over a year of my contemplating a sale, Jay Peterson was patient with me and helped me with the sale and also offered advice on an estate sale and the removal of abandoned personal property. He was understanding and allowed me time to deal with the emotion of selling and moving a tenant.
