Steve did an amazing job! I don’t know how we could have navigated the insurance process without him. When our insurance company refused to pay for certain items, Steve went to bat for us. He was well equipped with the knowledge and expertise to get those costs covered. He was organized and stayed on top of all the paperwork. He kept in constant communication with us, and our insurance company. Steve made getting our roof replaced as quick and easy as possible. I highly recommend Steve and Carson Roof Consulting!

I just want to say how pleased we were dealing with Steve and Carson Roof Consulting, he was very professional in all aspects of our damage repairs, he walked with us thru every step, helped us deal with the insurance adjuster, and there were never any surprises, everything was exactly how he said it would be... the crews that came and did the work were on time, quick, professional, and cleaned up at the end of everyday, and in the end our roof, awnings and painting were beautiful, the house looks great, he even came by and followed up with us 3 more times after completion to ensure that we were completely satisfied, I was so impressed I even used him for a commercial roof that I needed at my job, and it was again an excellent experience. I will deal with Steve for all of our future needs, and I will always recommend him to anyone looking for home contracting/roofing services. Thanks Steve and it's nice to know there are still people/companies out there that do great work and take pride in servicing their customers.
