This place is amazing! Awesome location with lots of windows! Amy is a wondeful teacher! She really customizes for each individual. She’s very knowledgeable of anatomy and theory. I really trust her to keep me safe and help me build strength and proper posture! Highly recommend!
Amy is the best ! I’ve been going to her for several years and every time I have an injury she is able to look at it from many angles and come up with the best solution! Love the hands on approach to healing.
