This place has been fantastic for our 8-year old boy! He loves the energy and instruction so much that he chose to have his birthday here!
The owner is extremely patient with the kids, along with a great sense of humor!

This is my FAVORITE gym. The classes are exciting and challenging and the trainers are dedicated to helping you meet your goals. Master Hai is an excellent coach/teacher/mentor. I always look forward to my training days with their crew! My mood is always elevated after working out at Trans. I recommend this gym to everyone!

We had our son’s 7 year old Birthday party at Tran’s Martial Art & Fitness Center, what an experience for everyone! The kids absolutely loved the instruction and activity level. The parents loved seeing the kids listen and focus. My son is a student at Tran’s, he got the chance to break a board in front of his besties. To top it off he cut his cake with a Samari sword (and the help of Master Hai). This is a fantastic place for kids to learn and master Taekwondo, I’m so impressed with the experience that my kids have had here.

I did my 6th birthday party for my son and we had a wonderful experience!. The instructor was awesome: professional, flexible, available, fun and strict at the same time. He was very open and flexible with our request for his birthday party. The birthday party consist in kids taking an awesome karate class for half and hour. Very educational and fun at the same time. Then, half an hour for cake, pizza, happy birthday, etc. The last half and hour the instructor organized games. The kids had a wonderful time and I totally exceed my expectations. Totally recommended!
