(August 7, 2018, 6:14 pm)I’ve been living here for a few months and never before have I felt so well taken care of. The maintenance team, led by Ben, is tireless in their efforts to better the community and quickly resolve any problems that arise. A few weeks ago we noticed a leak coming from our dishwasher so we called Monica at the leasing office and within 15 minutes Ben was there checking things out for us. The issue turned out to be the worst case scenario - a burst pipe beneath the kitchen floor. Ben, Monica, and Brittany, the leasing office manager, did everything they could to provide us with support, alternatives, and help during the week long process. Deerfield really is a wonderful place to live, not just because it’s affordable and beautifully taken care of, or because it has a well maintained pool and awesome hot tub, but because the people who work here genuinely care about the residents. I would recommend this community to anyone. Thanks to Ben, Monica, and Brittany!!

(August 5, 2018, 7:55 am)Very nice staff and apartments. I lived there for a year and had no issues the whole time. Very quiet and friendly. Love the hot tub. We only moved because we wanted a different location.

(July 10, 2018, 7:44 pm)10 star review! We’ve lived here for nearly a year and had a few things go wrong that were taken care of almost immediately. Our AC went out in the middle of summer. The staff and maintenance tech are great and respond right away. Ben was even off the day our AC went out and still came out to work on it. If your looking for a apartment that’s extremely pet friendly with excellent staff this is the place to move.
