(May 25, 2015, 9:33 pm)The instructor and owner, Deb, is fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgeable both of Iyengar yoga and anatomy of the human body. During class, lots of adjustments and props are used for proper alignment. Deb clearly demonstrates the poses and gives good verbal instruction. As a returning Iyengar yoga student, I am thrilled to find a studio close to my neighborhood that is so good! I love it!
